STRETCHING FOR A HEALTHY BACK - BENEFITS & COMMON MISTAKES
Perhaps not everyone knows that practically no tools are needed to stretch. This is a very important thing for a sporting activity: it can be done anywhere, at any time, even on a lunch break. Indeed, getting up from your desk and stretching a little should be done practically every hour.

First of all, you have to learn to listen to your body and never go beyond your possibilities: of course, if it is normal for a muscle to "pull" slightly during exercise, this must never turn into pain, especially if you start training when you are still "cold".
And, above all, if you want to exercise in the presence of past injuries, you must necessarily consult your doctor, who will indicate if and which exercises are best to do.
